Diringer &amp; Scheidel Wohn- und Gewerbebau GmbH is responsible for the development and realization of the office and residential building ensemble.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat;\">The owner of Quartier Hoch 4 is SV Sparkassen Versicherung (SV). An office building with 17,000 square meters of usable space and a residential building with 70 rental apartments are being built on the 6,000-square-meter site.
