At the western end of the Schierstein district, on part of the former site of the Söhnlein sparkling wine cellars, a new residential quarter is to be built on an area of approx. 20,000 sqm. The quarter of Delta Lloyd Anlagemanagement GmbH will consist of 21 residential buildings, which will be either individual buildings or a complex of buildings arranged in a row. A common underground parking garage will unite the above-ground buildings. The design of the first competition winner, the Darmstadt-based architectural firm Planquadrat, forms the basis of the planning.
