Apartment building Lyoner Straße 19 Frankfurt am Main: The transformation from high-rise office building to high-rise residential building took place in Frankfurt's office district Niederrad. As a pilot project for the restructuring of the Lyoner neighborhood, the conversion of a high-rise office building into an apartment building with over 90 high-quality residential units was completed here by mid-2010 in accordance with the plans of the Frankfurt-based architectural firm Stefan Forster Architekten.
