On the former site of the freight and marshalling yard in the Gallus district, offices, hotels, apartments and leisure facilities will be built on an area of 90 hectares over the next ten years. The framework plan for the Europaviertel was developed by the internationally renowned architectural firm Albert Speer & Partner GmbH.
