The Parkend construction project in Frankfurt am Main is creating a large number of new condominiums in Frankfurt's Europaviertel (construction sites 4-7,10-12). In a central city location, an exclusive residential quarter is being created directly on the Europagarten. The area comprises a total of 18 individual buildings and offers a large number of large green spaces and green roof terraces. Realized are 2- to 5-room apartments as well as garden and penthouse apartments.
