The large-scale project Quartier Hoch 4 is currently under construction south of Mannheim's main ICE station in the Glückstein district. Diringer & Scheidel Wohn- und Gewerbebau GmbH is responsible for the development and realization of the office and residential building ensemble.
The owner of Quartier Hoch 4 is SV Sparkassen Versicherung (SV). An office building with 17,000 square meters of usable space and a residential building with 70 rental apartments are being built on the 6,000-square-meter site. SV employs around 600 people at its Mannheim location.
