In the city center of Koblenz, the new shopping center "Forum Mittelrhein" was opened in fall 2012. The approximately 80 specialty stores of the shopping gallery located on the Zentralplatz, cover an area of around 20,000 square meters.
The municipal cultural building "Forum Confluentes", which is located in the immediate vicinity and has a floor space of approx. 12,000 sqm, was accompanied by our office in terms of fire protection up to the refined shell construction.
