As one of the first high-rise buildings in Frankfurt's banking district, built in 1976, the Garden Tower, spread over a height of 126.50 m, offers a variety of innovative office spaces. The immediate neighborhood is characterized by well-known companies and buildings, such as the Main Tower and the Japan Center. In 2005/2006, a comprehensive core renovation was carried out by the office KSP Jürgen Engel Architekten.
